摘要
不织布研磨刷已成为铜及铜合金带材生产关键工具,从不织布研磨刷的研磨机理、研磨刷的组成、研磨工艺及研磨刷的使用等几方面进行论述,生产中选择合适的不织布研磨刷,粗轧后带坯采用320#~1200#的研磨刷,中精轧后的铜带选择1200#~3000#的研磨刷;研磨电流控制在4A以内,研磨刷转速控制在900~1200rpm,可以提高铜合金带材的表面质量.
Non - woven abrasive brush had become the key tool of copper and copper - alloy strips manufactures. This paper in- troduced the mechanical theory, formation, process and application of non - woven abrasive brush. The surface quality of copper - alloy strip could be improved by choosing suitable non -woven abrasive brush and 320# ~ 1200# abrasive brush used in strip rough roiling, 1200# ~ 3000# abrasive brush used after middle finish rolling, grinding current was controlled within 4A, brush speed was controlled in 900 ~ 1200rpm.
