摘要
分析了纯钛的磨削工艺,给出了用电解-不织布复合加工法对纯钛进行磨削的原理;并用正交试验与单因素试验相结合的方法,对降低钛工件表面粗糙度的工艺数进行了优化,克服用刚性磨削引起的各种表面质量问题提高了磨削效率。
The grinding technique on the titanium is analyzed,and the theory on the titanium ground by using the electrolytic-nonwoven compound process is given.The process parameters about reducing the roughness of the titanium workpieces arc optimized by means of combining orthogonal experiment with single factor experiment. Using the technique, some surface quality questions aroused by rigid grinding can be avoided and the grinding efficiency is improved.
