X射线荧光光谱法测定锆钛酸钡元素摩尔比的不确定度评定

摘要 用X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)测定锆钛酸钡中Ba、Ti、Zr各元素的含量,并对锆钛酸钡中Ba/(Ti+Zr)和Zr/(Ti+Zr)摩尔比进行了不确定度评定。结果表明利用XRF测定的Ba/(Ti+Zr)和Zr/(Ti+Zr)摩尔比具有较小的不确定度,其中校准曲线的回归对Ba/(Ti+Zr)和Zr/(Ti+Zr)摩尔比不确定度的影响最大。 Contents of barium, titanium and zirconium elements in BaTi0.800 Zr0.200O3 were analyzed by X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry. And the measurement uncertainty of BaJ(Ti+Zr) and Zr/(Ti+Zr) ratio were evaluated. It showed that XRF was suitable for testing the contents of barium, titanium and zirconium elements in BaTi0.800 Zr0.200O3. The uncertainty of Ba/(Ti+Zr) and Zr/(Ti+Zr) ratio was relatively low. And regression calibration curve was the major factor for uncertainty of Ba/(Ti+Zr) and Zr/(Ti+Zr) ratio.
