摘要
结合化学酸溶方法制备样品和使用X射线荧光(XRF)光谱测量试样,建立了NdFeB合金常见主量和痕量杂质元素的快速定量分析方法。同时自制一套参考标样。方法简单,流程短,可以满足准确定量的要求。
A simple and rapid quantitative method for determining the common major and trace elements in NdFeB magnetic material by XRF spectrometry was developed. The sample was pretreated with acids, and the final powder formed was pressed into a disc （with polyethylene as the substrate） for analyzing with XRF spectrometer. A set of reference standards had been prepared. The measured and synthetic values of the elements in the synthetic samples agreed quite well.
