摘要
结合工厂锅炉节能器在生产运行中存在着锅炉内部压力大、锅炉出力不足的问题,研究设计了一种新型锅炉节能器,并对其结构做了合理的简化,使用GAMBIT建立了简化后的模型,最后运用FLUENT对其进行仿真模拟计算,将所得数据与传统节能器的模拟结果进行对比,结果表明新型节能器在减小阻力方面有着较大的优势。
A new type of boiler energy saver was designed to reduce the high pressure in the internal boiler and solve the insufficient output of the boiler, which based on the producing and operating of the traditional boiler energy saver. The structure of new type of boiler energy saver was simplified reasonably, and then was established by the software of GAMBIT; Finally, the FLUENT was applied to the simulation calculation, Calculation results were compared to the traditional boiler energy saver, which showed that this new type of boiler energy saver had more advantages in reducing resistance.
