摘要
目的探讨门诊数字化试点建设对全市预防接种工作质量及服务水平的影响。方法选择袁州区疾控中心预防接种,以门诊作为数字化试点建设单位,添置硬件设备及安装相关软件,完成人员培训后试运行,对比分析门诊数字化建设前后的工作效果。结果数字化建设后,各项接种流程所用时间及总时间减少,患儿家属相关指标满意度提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实行门诊数字化建设,可提高预防接种的工作效率及服务水平,节约患者及工作人员的时间,打造和谐的门诊环境,满足更高层次的服务需求。
Objective To investigate the effects of outpatient digital pilot construction in vaccination work quality and level of service in the city.Methods One of outpatient clinic from Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Yuanzhou district was selected for outpatient digital pilot construction.The hardware equipment was added and the software was installed,the test run was made after personnel training and the working effect was compared before and after digital pilot construction respectively.Results The time of every immunization procedure and total time was short- ened respectively,satisfaction of children with family member was improved after digital outpatient service,with statisti- cal difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The outpatient digital service for vaccination can improve the work efficiency and service level,save the time of patients and workers,make the harmonious outpatient environment and meet the higher level of demand for service.
