Objective:To discuss the effect of digital vaccination clinics on the quality of information management of immunological adverse reactions in children at the primary level and improve children5 s immune safety. Methods:Selected 168 cases of childhood immunization in primary hospitals from December 2013 to November 2015 , randomly divided them into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine vaccination, and the observation group was given digital vaccination. Observed their immunological adverse reaction. Results:The observation group was significantly better than the control group in outpatient environment, vaccination flow, waiting time and appointment notice satisfaction. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05) ;observation group 5 s time of waiting for registration, waiting for appointment, waiting for charging as well as charging, and waiting for vaccinating was notable shorter than control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈0. 05). There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group (P 〈0. 05) in immune response, abnormal reaction, nervous system reaction, injection site reaction and other reaction incidence, and observation group was notable lower. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion : Digital vaccination clinic could reduce the occurrence of immunological adverse reaction and could improve the quality of information management.
