摘要
目的探讨图片刺激对年轻护士洗手依从性的影响。方法选择本院神经外科工作3年内的年轻护士作为研究对象,将2个病区分别作为观察组和对照组,每组抽取15名年轻护士,观察组所属病区洗手池上方张贴绘有洗手方法及洗手指征的彩色图纸,使洗手者容易看到;对照组所属病区不张贴任何与洗手方法有关的内容,比较使用图片刺激和不使用图片刺激时年轻护士掌握卫生知识状况和落实洗手行为的情况。结果观察组年轻护士掌握卫生知识的程度、洗手依从性及手卫生监测指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论图片刺激能促使本科室护士严格按照洗手步骤、规范严格进行洗手,在保证护理质量的同时,有效避免感染的发生。
Objective To explore the impact of picture stimulation on hand-washing compliance of young nurses. Methods Young nurses with less than 3-year working experience in the Neurosurgery Department of our hospital were selected as study objects.Two wards were selected as the observation group and the control group with 15 nurses in each group.The observation group had color pictures with regard to hand-washing methods and signs above the sink so that the patients could see the pictures when washing their hands.The control groups did not post anything related to hand washing in the ward.The study compared the mastery of hygiene knowledge and hand-washing behavior among young nurses with or without picture stimulation. Results The hygiene knowledge,hand-washing compliance and hand hygiene monitoring indicators among young nurses in observation group was better than that of the controrl group respc- tively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Picture stimulation can motivate nurses in our department to strictly follow hand-washing pro- cedures and standardize hand-washing behavior,which not only ensures nursing quality but also effectively avoids infection.
