基于测试诊断一体化技术的雷达导引头技术支援系统设计 被引量:7

摘要 导引头是导弹技术准备与维修保障的关键部件之一,传统的导引头测试系统只注重导引头的性能检测,缺乏必要的故障诊断手段与维修决策功能,制约着导引头保障能力与战备水平的提高;采用综合测试与故障诊断一体化技术,在传统导引头测试系统的基础上构建了一套集性能检测、故障诊断、维修决策功能于一体的导引头综合技术支援系统;阐述了系统设计的基本方法和实现过程,包括设计思想、总体方案、状态监控与安全管理、测试与故障诊断软件的一体化设计等内容;实践表明,该系统能有效降低维修成本,减少对操作人员的技能要求,缩短导引头维修保障时间,提升导引头测试装备的技术水平和层次。 The Seeker is one of the key part of the missile technical prepare and maintain. The traditional seeker test system pays atten- tion to the capability test, short of necessary means of fault diagnose and functions of maintain decision--making, restricting the capability of equipment support and combat readiness level. The technology of integrated test and failure diagnose adopted, the general seeker technology support system are constructed with the incorporate function of dynamic test, quick diagnoses and maintain decision--making. This disserta- tion elaborates the means and realization of the system, such as design ideas, general project, work state watch, safe management and the software design of integrated test and failure diagnose. It is shown that the system can decrease the maintain cost, reduce the operator' s skill request, shorten the maintain time, and improves the technical level of seeker test equation effectively.
