摘要
当前针对导引头的自动测试系统(ATS)功能复杂,测量精度要求高。传统的误差评定方法是以大量的数据为基础的,而对于导引头这样有使用时间要求的产品,难以获得大量的测试数据。从测试结果不确定度的角度出发,结合本测试系统模块化的特点,采用基于测量链建模的方法来对其进行不确定度的分析,可以深层次的分析误差来源。主要研究了正弦波采集的测量链模型不确定度评定方法,实践证明此方法科学合理,能够客观的反应测试系统的精度。
Automatic test system(ATS) of seeker is complex and has high measure precision.The traditional method of error evaluation is based on a number of data,but it is difficult to get abundant data of test for seeker that it has requirements of use of time.In this paper,the point of view is the uncertainty of the test result,and it combine with the modular feature of ATS to analysis its uncertainty based on chain of measurement,can have a deeper analysis for source of error.It mainly research on uncertainty of sine signal measurement chain model,the practice has proved that this method is scientific and reasonable,and can objectively reflect the precision of ATS.
