摘要
在贴片LED(发光二极管)的工业生产线上,需要对LED的极性进行检测,针对传统人工检测方法效率低、易出错等问题,文章提出了一种基于机器视觉的自动检测设计方案;针对贴片LED本身结构的特点,提出了重心法和面积法两种LED极性检测方法,并进行了对比分析;文章通过对5050型号贴片LED进行实验,验证了检测方法的有效性和检测算法的可行性,相对于传统的人工检测方法,实现了贴片LED极性的快速自动检测。
In industrial production line, it requires to detect the polarity of SMD LED (light emitting diode). Due to the low efficiency of the traditional manual inspection method, this paper presents the automatic detection design based on machine vision. Meanwhile, according to the characteristics of the structure of the SMD LED itself, this paper proposes two kinds detection methods for SMD LED's polarity, takes 5050 SMD LED for example, experiments prove the effectiveness and feasibility of the detection algorithm, compared with the traditional manual inspection method, the system achieves rapid automatic detection.
