摘要
针对我国很多农膜生产厂家在销售农膜时,采用重量计量,而不是采用长度计量的状况,设计了一种农膜生产线在线长度计量装置。本装置采用主、从单片机控制,利用光电检测原理和喷印编码技术实现了在线长度计量。光电检测采用色标传感器,喷印编码采用英国XAAR公司XJ128型喷头。与其他同类装置相比,成本大幅度降低,并具有计量准确、操作简便、安装容易、工作稳定等特点,适合在农膜生产厂家推广应用。
For a lot of plastic manufacturers in the sale of agricultural plastic film, using the weight measurement rather than using the device of the length measurement, a device of the length measurement is designed. This device is controlled by the master MCU and slave MCU, and online length measurement is achieved by using photoelectric detection principle and jet printing code technology. Color code sensor is used for photoelectric detection, and United Kingdom XAAR XJ128 code-type nozzle is used for jet printing. Compared with other similar devices, this device has a significant reduction in cost and the features, such as accurate measurement, easy to operate, easy to install, job stability, which suitable for application in agricultural plastic film manufacturer.
