摘要
通过验案介绍王自立教授治疗肝郁脾弱型萎缩性胃炎的临床经验,王老师认为本病以肝郁脾弱型居多,治宜养血柔肝,健脾和胃,采用自拟方归芍运脾汤化裁治疗体现了仲景"见肝之病,知肝传脾,当先实脾"之旨。
The paper is discussing professor Wang Zili＇s clinical experience on treating chronic atrophic gas- tritis by effective cases, he thinks that the disease is of liver depression and spleen deficiency pattern mostly, thera- peutic methods are to nourish blood, soften liver, invigorate spleen and harmonize stomach, treatment for the disease by modified GuiShao HuaPi Tang represents Zhang Zhongjing＇s aim of＂spleen should be invigorated when liver dis- ease is occurred＂.
