摘要
采用湿式水体电消毒系统、干式臭氧消毒机、高温密封房、化学消毒剂等措施实施了漂浮育苗苗盘消毒,并对育苗盘进行了植物生长抑制物酚类物质进行了消解试验。试验结果表明:湿式水体电消毒系统灭菌消毒的效果最好,而且消解酚类物质的效果也最好。密封房臭氧处理苗盘的效果优于高温处理,也优于化学消毒剂的处理方式。并通过试验确定了现实所用的化学消毒方式以及操作方式几乎对烤烟育苗盘的细菌、真菌灭杀无效。指出了建立育苗工厂水体电消毒系统是必要的,并强调了消毒后水洗除氯的必要性。
Use wet water disinfection system, dry--type ozone sterilizer, high temperature sealing, chimical disinfector methods on floating nursing tray, plant growth inhibitors of phenol pn nursing tray was tested. The results showed that disinfect effect of wet water disinfection system was the best, it＇s effectively treating to digestion of phenol, dry--type ozone sterilizer effect was better than high temperature treating, also it＇s better than chimical disifector treating. Its improved that the traditional chemical disinfector are not effectively on bacteria and fungi of tobacco floating nursing tray. Its indicated that wet water disin- fection was necessary for tobacco floating nursing and dechlorination after disinfection.
