摘要
分析了传统的水溶液全循环法尿素工艺存在的能耗高的问题,介绍了改造传统法尿素工艺的汽提法技术路线和UTI法技术路线的流程及能耗,提出了以美国UTI法尿素工艺为样本,以热力学分析为基础,创建符合我国国情的低能耗尿素新工艺的设想。
This paper analyzes the problem of high energy consumption of the conventional water solution total recycle urea process, introduces the process flow and energy consumption of the stripping and UTI technology to modify the conventional urea process, and put forwards an assumption of creating a new urea process with low energy consumption which accords with our national circumstances, based on thermodynamic analysis and taking US UTI urea process as the sample.
