刍议传统水溶液全循环法尿素装置第3次创新

A modest Proposal of Third Time Innovation for Urea Plant by Traditional Water Solution Fully-Recycle Method

摘要 分析了传统的水溶液全循环法尿素工艺的弊端;介绍了改造传统法工艺的汽提法技术路线和UTI法技术路线;提出了以美国UTI法工艺为样本,以热力学分析为基础,创建符合我国国情的低能耗尿素新流程的设想。 Author has analyzed the disadvantage for urea process in traditional water solution fully-recycle method; has introduced the technical line by steam stripping method for reforming the traditional process and introduced the technical line by UTI method; has proposed and established innovatively a supposition for new process of urea with low energy consume integrating national situation in China, taking the American UTI process as an example, and taking thermodynamic analysis as a basis.
