摘要
通过对美国、俄罗斯、欧州及我国铁路货车缓冲器技术及相关技术标准的介绍,对其相关的AAR、ГОСТ、UIC标准及我国铁路行业有关货车缓冲器评定、试验验证标准进行了对比分析,提出了我国铁路货车缓冲器发展方向及评定标准的改进建议。
This paper introduces different bumper technologies and standards of railway wagons in China, USA, Russia and Europe. Based on the analysis on the differences of these standards (AAR, FOCT, UIC and TB) description about the test and assessment of bumpers used on railway wagons, some suggestions are proposed for improving the assessment standards and the developing direction for Chinese rail-bumper is pointed out.
