临床实习生急救技能团队式培训的教学研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究团队式培训模式在临床实习生急救技能培训的效果。方法将120名临床实习生分为团队式培训组60名,对照组60名,进行为期1周的心肺复苏术、除颤术、简易呼吸器和气管插管术的急救技能培训,6个月后考核理论知识、技能操作及应急配合能力。结果通过培训后团队式培训组理论知识成绩、急救技能操作得分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急救技能的团队式培训模式是一种注重配合、注重实战的方法,不仅有助于学生提高急救技能,而且可以锻炼学生的心理素质,值得在急诊教学中推广运用。 Objective:To evaluate the teaching effect on emergency team cooperation training clinical students.Methods:120 clinical trainees were randomly divided into emergency team work training group and control group,60 in each group.A week of first aid skills training included cardiopulmonary resuscitation,electric defibrillation and endortacheal intubation.Theory knowledge,skills and emergency coordination ability were tested after six months.Results:Emergency team work training group got obviously higher scores of theory knowledge than those of students in control group,as well as first aid skills.The contrast was remarkably different (P< 0.05).Conclusion:The application of teaching method of emergency team work could not only help students improve their first aid skills,but also train students' psychological qualities,which emphasized cooperation and practical application.It's worth to be popularized in emergency teaching.
