摘要
目的:探讨硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压的有效性和安全性。方法:选择我院收治的148例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的临床资料,其中,观察组74例患者采用硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦进行治疗,对照组74例患者采用硝苯地平进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为100.0%,明显高于对照组患者,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而且观察组患者的收缩压、舒张压等指标均较对照组患者出现了明显的改善,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压患者具有十分显著的疗效,而对患者的血糖水平不会造成不利影响,值得临床应用。
Objective： To assess the efficiacy and safety of nifedipine and irbesartan for treatment of type 2 diabetes with hypertension .Method：148 patients with type 2 diabetes with hypertension were divided into two groups , The observation group of 74 cases with nifedipine and irbesartan treatment , while control group of 74 patients used nifedipine .Result：After treatment , the total effective rate of observation group was 100 .0%, significantly higher than the control group , and the difference was statistically significant （ P＆lt;0. 05）, And the observation group with systolic blood pressure , diastolic blood pressure and other indicators significant improved, the difference was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Nifedipine and irbe-sartan for treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension has a very significant effect , while the pa-tient＆#39;s blood glucose levels would not adversely impact , and it is worthy of clinical application .
