A kind of semiconductor ceramic gas sensor is made, based on SnO2 powder doped with Pd, Al,Tl,La,Sb, kaoline and surface treatment . The gas sensor has good sensitivity to 50-5000ppm carbon monoxide and It also has high selectivity and long stability.
