摘要
河南省发展战略性新兴产业是保持经济持续增长的必经之路,但是因为在发展战略性新兴产业过程中存在着协调机制不健全、资金不足、人才匮乏等问题,所以河南省应该加强政府引导,加大投入,提高创新能力,引进和培养人才,培育产业集群,进而实现经济的跨越式发展。
As one of the developing provinces ,developing strategic emerging industries is the only way to seize the heights of economic development ,but with the development of strategic emerging industries in Henan Province , we also faced with the problems of not sound coordination mechanism ,lack of funds ,and lack of personnel etc .Henan province should strengthen government guidance , increase investment , improve the innovation ability , and cultivate industrial cluster ,then reach the great-leap-forward development of economy .
