摘要
战略性新兴产业由于对国民经济发展的巨大作用而日益受到各级地方政府的重视。但作为新兴产业,其发展和成熟需要一定的过程,存在未来技术路线和市场需求的不确定性,具有动态性特点,从而造成发展战略制定的复杂性。从市场需求、区域竞争力、技术进步、经济效益、社会效益、科学发展六个方面建立指标体系,采用多层次灰色评价法对河南省战略性新兴产业进行综合评价,提出河南省"十二五"期间战略性新兴产业的发展战略。
The strategically emerging industries due to its important role in the national economic development has increasingly received more attention from various local governments. But as an emerging industry, its development and maturity needs a certain process, and future technical route and market demand have uncertain and dynamic characteristics, which result in the complexity of the establishment of development strategy. This article, from the six aspects, including market demand, regional competitiveness, technology progress, economic benefits, social benefits, and scientific development, establishes an index system, conducts a comprehensive evaluation on strategically emerging industries of Henan by using multilevel grey evaluation method, and puts forward the development strategy for strategically emerging industries in the ＂the Twelfth Five -Year Plan＂.
