摘要
在构建国家公共文化服务体系过程中普遍存在政府角色失位问题。政府必须创新公共文化服务机制,通过完善财税政策,缩小地域、城乡公共文化差距,建立以公众为主体的公共文化考评体系等方式,实现政府公共文化服务角色的民本复归。
The loss of the government＆#39;s role exists in constructing the public cultural service system .The gov-ernment must innovate the public culture service system , improve tax policy to narrow the gap of public cul-ture between urban and rural areas, and establish public culture appraisal system which takes public as the main body.As a result, it can realize the humanism returning of the government role .
