摘要
自圆通、韵达等4家企业因违规托运货物,被中航协开罚单后,央视又曝出申通暴力分拣、顺丰私卖无主邮件等黑幕,一时间人们对于快递行业的声讨不绝于耳。为此国家邮政局也高举"亮剑",注销了116家快递企业牌照,再加上电商行业自建物流分割快递市场,快递行业的发展可谓是步履维艰。对于物流企业来说,企业形象更是其在竞争中取胜的重要因素。文章通过对中国快递业现状的剖析,从竞争力的角度为中国快递业形象的建立提供相关策略。
