摘要
认为国际多式联运的运作方式符合虚拟企业的特点,提出了国际多式联运“虚拟企业”这一新概念,阐述了国际多式联运“虚拟企业”中信息管理的重要性.并利用Agent技术,运用面向对象的方法,设计了国际多式联运“虚拟企业”的信息集成框,其目的是在国际多式联运信息集成的基础上,实现对国际多式联运的运输组织过程的集成管理和协同运作.
The paper considered the function of international multi-model transport in accord with the characteristic of virtual enterprise, put forward the new concept of international multi-model transport virtual enterprise （IMTVE） and poimed out the importance of its information management. It designed an information integration frame for IMTVE by way of object oriented and agent. The aim is to realize integration management and cooperation for the whole transport process on the base of information integration.
