摘要
如何兼顾经济发展与资源环境保护,实现真正地可持续发展,是一直以来摆在中国人面前的一大课题,而绿色供应链管理是解决这一问题的有效途径。面临日益严峻的资源环保的压力、政策法规的要求和汽车行业的发展趋势,我国的汽车制造企业实施绿色供应链管理刻不容缓。文章论述了绿色供应链管理的内涵,分析了我国汽车企业实施绿色供应链管理的必要性和存在的问题,并探讨了汽车企业实施绿色供应链管理的策略与保障措施,最后重点研究了S公司绿色供应链管理的案例,以期为其它汽车企业起到参考作用。
How to balance economic development and resources ＆ environment protection, to aehieve truly sustainable development, is a great subject in front of every Chinese, and green supply ehain management is an effective way to solve this problem. Faced with the pressure of resources and environmental protee, tion, policies and regulations demand and the trend of the automotive industry, it is urgently needed for Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprises to implement green supply chain management. This paper discusses tire connotalion of green supply chain management, analyzed its necessity and problems, and giving the measures and stralegy. Finally, I study the ease of company S and hope to give some references for other automobile manufaett, ring enterprise.
