摘要
从绿色供应链管理的概念及石油行业绿色供应链的特点、内涵以及环境保护的要求等方面来看,我国石油行业有必要实行绿色供应链管理,充分考虑我国石油行业绿色供应链管理现状,借鉴国外石油行业供应链管理的经验和优势,我国石油行业实施绿色供应链管理应采取如下措施及对策:推进环保立法、绿色设计,建立供应链上企业间战略合作伙伴关系,推进循环经济发展,建立绿色供应链绩效评价体系。
Be based upon the situation of green supply chain management in oil industry,and use the experience of other countries for reference,the paper proposes some measures for carrying out green supply chain management in China's oil industry,the specific methods include:promoting environmental protection legislature and green design;establishing strategic and cooperative partnership between enterprises in supply chain for promoting recycling industries development;establishing performance evaluation system of green supply chain.
