摘要
简述不同科属紫背天葵特点,评述药食同源植物紫背天葵繁殖、栽培及病虫害防治等人工驯化栽培研究现状;总结紫背天葵食用特点、多种营养成分、特殊保健功效、花青素变化、挥发油和总黄酮等提取、元素分布及其与土壤的相关性研究;归纳紫背天葵保健品开发及红色素提取等相关加工利用研究。提出紫背天葵相关深加工研究、保健品开发方向;展望了紫背天葵品种间比较研究及筛选、新品种选育以及相关功能基因克隆运用方面分子生物学研究方向。
We described the Gynura bicolors from different family members. However, all about what the breeding, cultivation, pest control, edible characteristics, nutritional ingredients, healthy efficiency, anthocyanin changes, the extract to volatile oil and total flavonoids, element distribution and related soil research were narrated. The related process research about health product and red pigment were summarized. At the same time, we prospected the further processing, health product exploitation, variety screening, new variety breeding and Molecular biology research on related functional genes cloning.
