摘要
目的 通过检测结直肠癌患者血多烯不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)的状况,初步探讨PUFA水平与结直肠癌的关系.方法 选择解放军总医院2011~2012年结直肠癌患者38例(结直肠癌组)及2011年1~5月健康体检者156例(健康人群组)为研究对象,分别检测两组PUFA的水平,并比较分析两组人群脂肪酸代谢水平差异.结果 健康人群组和结直肠癌组总ω-3分别为(6.08±1.26)%和(5.32±1.52)%,均处于缺乏状态;结直肠癌组总 ω-6为(25.87±3.51)%,亚油酸(LA,C18∶2)为(9.89±1.27)%,亚麻酸(DGLA,C20∶3)为(1.35±0.38)%,花生四烯酸(AA,C20∶4)为(14.09±2.53)%,二十碳五烯酸(EPA,C20∶5)为(0.30±0.19)%,均较健康人群组低[(26.86±1.65)%、(10.36±1.27)%、(1.23±0.27)%、(14.77±1.52)%、(0.39±0.24)%],差异均有统计学意义(均P< 0.05).结论 结直肠癌患者体内PUFA是缺乏的,以ω-6 PUFA更明显,ω-3 PUFA中EPA也显著低于正常人群,这可能与结直肠癌的发生发展有一定的关系,有望成为结直肠癌的防治一种手段.
Objective To test polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) levels of patients with colorectal cancer,and further study the relationship between the blood PUFA and colorectal cancer.Methods 38 patients with colorectal cancer in General Hospital of PLA from 2011 to 2012 (colorectal cancer group) and 156 healthy persons from January to May 2011 randomly drawn (healthy persons group) were selected as study objects.The blood levels of polyunsaturated fatty acid of two groups were detected and and the fatty acid metabolism of two groups were compared.Results the total blood ω-3 in healthy persons group and colorectal cancer group were (6.08±1.26)% and (5.32±1.52)% respectively,both in lack states.The total blood ω-6 in colorectal cancer group was (25.87±3.51)%,linoleic acid (LA,C18∶2) was (9.89±1.27)%,dihomo-gamma linolenic acid (DGLA,C20∶3) was (1.35±0.38)%,arachidonic acid (AA,C20∶4) was (14.09±2.53)%,and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA,C20∶5) was (0.30±0.19)%,lower than those in healthy persons group [(26.86±1.65)%,(10.36±1.27)%,(1.23±0.27)%,(14.77±1.52)%,(0.39±0.24)%],the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05).Conclusion It is lacking for PUFA acids in colorectal cancer patients,especially for ω-6 PUFA,this may be one of causes about colorectal cancer,so it may provide us a means for preventing and treating colorectal cancer.
