摘要
混凝土搅拌站污水沉淀池中的污泥利用率很低,将污泥用做混凝土掺合料可以有效提高其利用率。在分析污泥物理化学性质的基础上,采用水泥胶砂试件28d抗压强度比评价污泥的活性,并研究了污泥取代粉煤灰对混凝土的坍落度、凝结时间和抗压强度等性能的影响。结果表明:污泥活性很低,水泥胶砂试件28d抗压强度比仅为60%~70%;污泥取代粉煤灰比例增大,混凝土初始坍落度和坍落度损失逐渐增大,凝结时间有所延长;污泥颗粒很细,具有一定填充作用,如果提高混凝土坍落度使其具有良好流动性,污泥取代粉煤灰的比例不超过30%时,不会对混凝土28d抗压强度产生不利影响。
The utilization ratio of sludge in the setting ponds of concrete mixing station is low.If the sludge can be used as admixtures, the utilization of sludge will be improved effectively.The physical and chemistry properties were analyzed, and the activity of sludge was e- valuated by the ratio of 28 d compressive strength of cement mortar specimens.Then the effect of sludge content on the slump, setting time, and compressive strength of concrete were studied.The results show that the activity of sludge is low, and the ratio of 28 d compres- sive strength of cement mortar specimens is 60%-70%.With the increase in the proportion of sludge replaced fly ash,the initial slump and slump time losing were increased gradually, and the setting time was extended.The particles of sludge are very fine, they have filling ef- fect, if the concrete has good flow ability, and sludge does not produced adversely affect on the compressive strength of concrete when the proportion of sludge replaced fly ash dose not exceed 30%.
