摘要
现在大部分混凝土生产企业均实现了生产废水循环利用,但沉淀后产生的灰浆却一直没有得到有效解决。为有效解决混凝土搅拌站生产过程中产生的灰浆,充分考虑混凝土生产特点,自行设计和研发了废弃灰浆循环再利用系统,完全实现了生产废水零排放,达到了节能环保的目的。
Currently most of concrete production enterprises can recycle the wastewater during manufacturing process.However,the mortar brought after deposition is still not resolved till now.In order to resolve this issue effectively, the Mortar Recycling System is designed and developed by ourselves based on characteristics of concrete production, which makes zero-discharge wastewater come into being and achieves the purpose of energy conservation and environment protection.
