摘要
‘嘉平大枣’果实发育成熟过程中糖、酸及维生素C含量在各年间虽有差异 ,但均遵循各自的规律变化 ,与生长期有极显著的相关性。果实全糖含量随果实成熟逐渐增加 ,到完熟后期剧增 ,与生长期呈极显著的指数曲线正相关 ,3年均值回归方程为 :Y =1.4 4 46e0 .0 2 57x,r=0 .9833 (n =7)。果实酸含量呈高→低→高的变化规律 ,拟合曲线为二次多项式反抛物线 ,相关系数r =0 .9958 (n =7)。维生素C含量呈低→高→低的变化规律 ,果核完全硬化时达最高 ,完熟后期缓慢减少 ,拟合曲线为 3次多项式 ,3年均值回归方程为 :Y =0 .0 0 76X3- 1.84 8X2 +138.4 3X - 2 4 90 .8,r=0 .980 7 (n =7)。
Although differed among various years,the contents of sugar,acid and Vitamin C follow a certain variation pattern and have a significant correlation with growing period during fruit development in jujube.The total sugar content gradually increased as fruit ripened and leaped at late stage of full maturity,which shows a significant exponent correlation with growing period,with a regressive equation at 3 years average:Y=1.446e 0.0257x ,r=0.9833 ** (n=7).The variation of acid content showed a high→low→high pattern,with a quadratic polynomial reversed parabola and a correlation coefficient r=0.9958 ** (n=7).The variation of Vitamin C content indicated a low→high→low pattern,with a peak as fruit kernel totally hardens,following a slow decrease in late stage of full maturity.Its fitted curve is cubic polynomial,with a regressive equation at 3 years average:Y= 0.0076X 3 -1.848X 2+138.43X-2490.8,r=0.9807 ** (n=7).
