摘要
用GC/MS法分析了凤凰单枞马龙茶中5个高香型名机的香气组分。结果表明:各名枞的主要香气成分如下:八仙过海名枞是新植二烯、吲哚、芳樟醇及其氧化物、法呢醇、法呢烯;桂花香名枞是芳樟醇及其氧化物、顺式茉莉酮、苯基荣胺、法呢烯、新植二烯;黄枝香名枞是新植二烯、法呢醇、吲哚、法呢烯、2,3-辛二酮;玉兰香名枞是法呢醇、吲哚、法呢烯、劳樟醇及其氧化物、香叶醇;肉桂香名枞是橙花叔醇、吲哚、劳樟醇及其氧化物、植醇、戊酸,2-甲基酐。香气相似率分析表明,除八仙过海与黄枝香两名枞香型相近外.各单机香型间相似率均不高,表明各名枞香型确实有各自的特点。
The aroma constituents in five well-known strains from the cultivar Fenghuang Dancong were analyzed with GC/MS mcthod. The results showed that there were different aroma pattern between the strains because of different aroma constituents. The major constituents were as follows: 1 ) strain Baxian Guohai:neophytadiene, indole, linalool and its oxide - farnesol. farnesene;2) strain Guihua Xiang: linalool and its oxide, cis-jasnlone, nonox A, farnesene, neophytadiene: 3) strain Huangzhi Xiang: neophytadiene, farnesol,indole, farnesene, 2, 3-octanedione; 4) strain Yulan Xiang: farnesol, indole, farnesene, linalool and its oxide,geraniol;and 5 ) strain Rougui Xiang: Nerolidol, indole linallol and its oxide, phytol, pentanoic acid, 2-methyl-anhydride. The similarity of the aroma patterns of the strains was also reported in the paper.
