摘要
挖掘装置是敞口式盾构的重要部件,对敞口式盾构的作业性能起着决定性的作用。以北京市三一重机有限公司研制的首台敞口式盾构挖掘装置为研究对象,利用有限元软件,建立了挖掘装置有限元模型。选取铲斗挖掘模式和伸缩臂挖掘模式进行了强度和刚度分析,得到了挖掘装置的应力云图和位移云图,为敞口式盾构挖掘装置的设计和改进提供参考。对挖掘装置进行了应力测试,对仿真和测试结果进行了比较,验证了仿真结果的有效性。挖掘装置已成功应用于北京地铁6号线2期工程的实际施工中。
As an important component of an open shield machine, the digging device plays a decisive role in the working performance of the shield machine. Finite element model is established for the digging device of an open shield machine manufactured by Beijing Sany Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. by using finite element program. Strength analysis and rigidity analysis are made on the digging device under the bucket digging mode and the extension boom digging mode, and the stress contour and displacement contour of the digging device are obtained, so as to provide reference for the design and optimization of the digging device of open shield machines. Stress test is made on the digging device, and the simulation results and the test results are compared, which verifies the validity of the simulation resuks. The digging device has been used in the construction of Phase 2 Project of Line 6 of Beijing Metro successfully.
