摘要
结合本院开展为部队服务工作实际,用创新发展思路,探索创建符合官兵需求的新型服务保障模式和方法。从强化标准意识、优化诊疗环境、注重管教并重、延伸服务内涵等方面思考和总结,为提升医院保障水平,提高为部队服务质量提供经验。
Based on the experience of our hospital service for the Army, new service mode and methods were explored with the innovated mentality. The following measures were adopted to improve the quality and level of service, which included strengthening the standard consciousness, optimizing the condition of diagnosis and treat- ment, pay attention to the management and service, extend the service connotation and so on.
