摘要
自卫生部2010年开展"优质护理服务示范工程"活动以来,为了提高护士的工作效率和质量,以患者为中心,提高满意度,强化标准意识,方便护士对在岗工作进行统筹规划,2012年10月,我科自行设计了当日护士床位一览表,并应用至今,在改善护理质量上收到良好的效果。
