摘要
回顾总结对口支援新疆欠发达地区医疗卫生工作的主要经验,探讨援疆医疗专家在医院进行医疗帮扶的整体思路和具体做法。强调以当地的需求为第一导向,立足现实,做到因地制宜,力促跨越发展。
The author made a review summary on the experiences of medical and health assistance to un- derdeveloped area of Xinjiang, and discussed the whole idea and specific approach to conduct medical assistance in the hospital as a medical expert. The author thought that local demand and reality should be taken as the first guide, so as to suit local conditions and promote the leaping development.
