摘要
在新的历史条件下 ,必须从社会和经济发展的总体目标出发 ,实施城市支援农村卫生建设的战略 ,要改革以往“满把抓”的方式 ,突出对口支援的层次性、适用性和实效性 ;变“输血式”的城市支援农村为“造血式”的开发性配套支援 ,同时建立城市支援农村卫生建设的互动机制 ,使城市支援农村卫生这一重要措施真正落到实处。
Under the new condition and the general social-economic goals, the strategy that the country's health construction is supported by the city should be implemented. Some methods were suggested in the article to execute this strategy smoothly.
