摘要
目的探讨军队医院为部队服务"一体化"帮建的模式。方法依据指导思想和总体原则,经过实地调研,反复论证,制定帮建模式。结果帮建模式包括开展远程会诊、来院进修、建立一体化诊疗模式、开展对外有偿服务,并结合帮建目标,明确在管理机构、专科门诊、检查单元、治疗单元等人员和硬件设备设置的帮建方案。结论将基层需求与自身优势相结合,制定帮建模式,并积极完善在组织管理、人员激励等措施,确保帮建工作的顺利实施。
Objective To explore the helping model of military hospital serving the army. Methods In- vestigation was adopted according to the guidance and principle, after repeatedly demonstration, the helping model was formulated. Results Helping model included that developing long -distance medicine meet, training, estab- lishing integration diagnosis and treatment model, developing pay serving for residents. And detailed helping meth- ods were formulated according to the helping aim, especially in the setting of medical staff and equipments. Results The formulating of helping model must combines the needs of troops with the special of hospital, and the mechanism of organization management and encouragement should be improved, so as to ensure the feasibility and efficiency of helping.
