宫颈鳞癌及腺癌组织中HPV感染基因型分布的比较研究 被引量:35

A comparative study on distributions of HPV infection genotypes in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and cervical adenocarcinoma

摘要 目的:比较宫颈鳞癌和宫颈腺癌组织标本中人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染的基因型分布情况及其临床意义。方法:采用基因扩增结合基因芯片技术对93例宫颈鳞癌和58例宫颈腺癌组织标本进行23种HPV基因分型检测,并对受检者进行相关资料分析。结果:93例宫颈鳞癌HPV总阳性率为88.17%(82/93),一重感染阳性率为67.74%(63/93),多重感染阳性率为20.43%(19/93);58例宫颈腺癌HPV总阳性率为84.48%(49/58),一重感染阳性率为31.04%(18/58),多重感染阳性率为53.45%(31/58)。结论:基因扩增结合基因芯片检测技术可应用于宫颈鳞癌和腺癌组织标本,一次可检测23种HPV基因型别,特异性强,敏感性高,对我国宫颈癌的防治及其疫苗的研究具有十分重要的意义。 Objective: To compare the distributions and clinical significances of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection genotypes in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and cervical adenocarcinoma. Methods: Detection of 23 kinds of HPV genotyping was conducted in 93 cases with cervical squamous cell carcinoma and 58 cases with cervical adenocarcinoma by gene amplification combined with gene chip technology, the related data were analyzed. Results: Among 93 cases with cervical squamous cell carcinoma, the total positive rate of HPV, the positive rate of HPV single infection, the positive rate of HPV multiple infection were 88. 17% (82/93), 67.74% (63/93), and 20.43% (19/93), respectively; among 58 cases with cervical adenocarcinoma, the total positive rate of HPV, the positive rate of HPV single infec- tion, the positive rate of HPV multiple infection were 84.48% (49/58), 31.04% (18/58), and 53.45% (31/58 ), respectively. Con- clusion: Gene amplification combined with gene chip technology can be used for patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma and cervical adenocarcinoma, a total of 23 kinds of HPV genotypes can be detected at a time, the sensitivity and specificity are high, which has important significance for prevention and treatment of cervical cancer and development of HPV vaccine.
