摘要
本文通过对禾本科麦田杂草、主要的禾本科牧草和小麦近缘野生种的分布特点、生物学特性以及与小麦的远缘杂交情况的分析,就转抗除草剂小麦田间释放的生态安全性进行了评估,作者认为,在自然条件下抗除草剂基因从栽培小麦漂流到其它植物的可能性极小。
Ecological safety is a very important component for transgenic plant assessment. Wheat is the most widely cultivated crops in the world with a long development duration from late autumn to early summer and has a lot of relative species that often distribute in the same regions with wheat. In this paper, the distribution and biological characteristics of grassy weeds in wheat field and Gramineae grasses and wheat relatives, and the hybridization between wheat and its relatives were reviewed. Through analysis of the cross - possibility between wheat and grassy weeds in wheat field, Gramineae grasses and wheat relatives, the authors considered that it might be safe to release the herbicide resistant wheat.
