摘要
在细胞和植株两个水平上,筛选野生披碱草抗除草剂草甘膦自然突变体。在适宜的选择压力下,野生披碱草在两个水平上均有一定频率的抗除草剂自然变异体或突变型产生。草甘膦的浓度为100 mg/L 是野生披碱草的抗性愈伤组织适宜的筛选浓度,抗性愈伤组织出现的频率为0.36%。用高于大田推荐剂量的草甘膦喷施野生披碱草植株,结果出现1.5×10^(-3)%的抗性个体。
Spontaneous mutants resistant to herbicide were screened in vitro and plants of wild E. dahuricus Turcz.At the levels of 100 mg/L glyphosate,the frequencies of resistant calli for E.dahuricus Turcz.were 0.36% and 100 mg/L is comfortable screen dosages.1.5 10^-3% mutants resistant to her- bicide had been obtained when E.dahuricus Turcz.were sprayed with higher than recommended maxi- mum dosages of herbicides in field.These results indicate that spontaneous mutants resistant to herbicide in both calli and plants of wild E.dahuricus Turcz.exist.
