梅花硬枝扦插繁殖与贮藏养分的关系 被引量:12

Relations between propagation by hardwood cuttings of mume and nutrient reserves

摘要 梅花硬枝插条发根和抽梢的时间分别在扦插后的第 30 d和 60 d左右。扦插苗生长的初期 ,根和梢的生长表现为交替轮长的特性。插条内含水量不断升高 ,至第 10 5d以后 ,扦插苗含水量就趋于稳定。插条扦插 75d内 ,其干物质不断减少 ,可溶性糖和淀粉则不同程度地减少 ,随后 ,干物质和可溶性糖开始逐渐上升 ,淀粉含量的增加延后了 15d左右。总氮量的变化则比较小。可溶性糖含量与生根率之间呈明显的正相关 。 Rooting and shooting from hardwood cuttings of mume( Prunus mume var. alphandii Rehd)started on the 30 th and the 60 th day after being cut,respectively.Growth of root and shoot in cuttings was characterized by an alternative pattern during their early growth period.Water content in the cuttings increased continuously within 105 days after being cut,and reached at a stable value afterward.Dry weight and soluble sugar content began to increase after having decreased within 75 days after cutting,starch content had a similar tendency,however,increase of starch content occurred 15 days later.Change in total nitrogen was relatively small.Results demonstrated that rooting percentage was highly and positively correlated with the soluble sugar content,but high significantly and negatively correlated with starch content. Key words:mume;cutting propagation;carbohydrate sults showed that the rates of cleavages existed no significant difference between the irradiation and the control group when the irradiating temperature was kept at 39℃(P>0 05),however,the blastocysts rate in the irradiation group was significantly higher than the control(P<0 05).When the irradiating temperature was 40℃,both rates of cleavages and blastocysts in the irradiation group were greatly significantly lower than the control(P<0 01).The early blastocysts from in vitro production with and without BFS irradiation were cryopreserved by vitrification in EFS40 solution respectively,the developmental rate of the blastocysts with BFS irradiation was significant higher than the without BFS irradiation(P<0 05)
