摘要
水分胁迫使解放钟及长红3号两枇杷品种叶片光合色素含量下降,Chlb比Chla和Car更易受到伤害;气孔导度、光合及蒸腾作用受到抑制,光补偿点上升,光饱和点下降,对光合的抑制作用,既有气孔因素,也有非气孔因素。
Experiment was conducted with grafted plants of two loqaut varieties(Jiefangzhong andChang hong No. 3). Under water stress condition, the content of photosynthetic pigments in theleaves reduced, chlorophyll b was damaged easier than chlorophll a or carotenoid ; light compensation piont increased, while light saturation reduced; stomatal conductance, transpiration and netphotosynthesis rate (Pn) were restrained, Pn was induced by both stomatal factors and non-stom-atal factors.
