摘要
采用纯丙乳液为基料,高性能空心玻璃微珠为功能性填料成功制备了隔热保温涂料,并与分别含重晶石粉、硅微粉、云母粉及硅藻土等功能性填料的涂料的隔热性能进行了对比研究,最后考察了空心玻璃微珠类型及用量对涂料隔热性能的影响。结果表明:空心玻璃微珠的隔热性能优于重晶石粉、硅微粉、云母粉、硅藻土及漂珠;空心玻璃微珠的密度越小,其平均粒径越大,用其配制的涂料隔热性能越好;并且当空心玻璃微珠的用量为涂料总量的15%左右时,涂料的隔热性能最佳。
Thermal insulation coatings based on pure acrylic emulsion as binder and high performance hollow glass microsphere (HGM) as functional filler were prepared successfully, and examined in terms of the thermal insulation property as compared with those conventional thermal insulation coatings containing barite powder, fine particle silica, mica powder, diat- omite powder and cenosphere respectively. The influence of type and dosage of hollow glass microspheres on the thermal insulation property of the resulted coatings was also investigated. The results showed that the thermal insulation property of the resulted coatings containing hol- low glass microspheres was better than that of the said conventional thermal insulation coatings. The lower the density of hollow glass microsphere was, the bigger its mean particle diameter was, and the better the thermal insulation property of the coatings thereof was. Besides, when the dosage of hollow glass microspheres was approx. 15% of the total coating, the thermal in- sulation property of the resulted coatings could be the best.
