眼前节毒性综合征的相关危险因素 被引量：3

摘要 眼前节毒性反应综合征(Toxic anterior segment syndrome,TASS)是内眼术后眼前节的无菌性炎性反应,不同于感染性炎症,属于特殊类型术后炎症。发生原因主要与眼科手术器械残留的消毒药物、术中眼前房内使用的药物、前房内灌注及术后眼局部用药等有关。主要表现为角膜弥漫性水肿、睫状充血、前房纤维素性渗出等,大多数患者糖皮质激素治疗有效,少数可遗留永久性眼内组织损伤,以至于影响视力。现就TASS相关危险因素进行综述。
