糖尿病性白内障术后迟发性眼前节毒性综合征一例

摘要 患者男，54岁。主因双眼糖尿病性白内障术后2周，突然视力下降1d于2011年3月11日人院。患者于2周前先后行双眼超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术，手术顺利，术后定期复查，眼部情况稳定。2011年3月10日晨起患者突感双眼视力下降，且进行性加重，无眼痛、畏光、流泪症状，于2011年3月11日就诊于我院眼科门诊。
