新型捕收剂CL-07+CJ常温浮选某中低品位磷矿石 被引量:4

Floating a Middle-Low Grade Phosphorite with a New Collector CL-07+CJ at Room Temperature

摘要 滇池周边拥有巨量的中低品位磷矿资源,为了高效开发这些资源,并解决磷矿石浮选常规捕收剂常温下分散性和溶解性差的问题,用昆明冶金研究院研制的新型常温捕收剂CL-07+CJ,对滇池附近某磷矿石进行了选矿试验。结果表明,该矿石在磨矿细度为-200目占60.4%,浮选温度为15℃,脉石矿物抑制剂Na2SiO3粗选用量为2.0 kg/t,矿浆pH调整剂NaOH粗选用量为0.8 kg/t,磷矿物捕收剂CL-07+CJ粗选用量为0.4+0.14 kg/t情况下,采用1粗2精1扫、中矿顺序返回流程浮选,可获得P2O5品位为34.60%、P2O5回收率为94.10%的磷精矿。 There are huge amount of middle-low grade phosphorite rock resources around Tien Lake. In order to high-effi- ciently exploit these resources and solve the problems such as poor decentrality and solubility of traditional collectors, benefiei- ation experiments on a phosphorite around Tien Lake was carried out by using a new type collector CL-07 + CJ invented by Kunming Metallurgical Research Institute. The results showed that phosphorus concentrate with P205 grade of 34. 60%, P20s recovery of 94. 10% was obtained with the grinding fineness of 60. 4% passing 200 mesh ,slurry temperature at 15 ℃ ,dosage of gangue mineral depressor Na2SiO3 of 2.0 kg/t and slurry pH regulator NaOH at 0. 8 kg/t for roughing,dosage of phosphate mineral collector CL-07 + CJ at 0.4 + 0. 14 kg/t, through process of one roughing-one scavenging-one cleaning, middles back to the flow-sheet in turn.
