摘要
云南某磷矿擦洗矿泥P2O5含量达20.08%,主要含磷矿物为氟磷灰石,矿物粒度粗细不均,磷在粗粒级有一定程度的富集。对试样进行了回收磷的浮选试验。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-200目占70%时,以自制的LC3为磷矿物捕收剂,采用2粗2扫3精、中矿顺序返回流程处理该擦洗矿泥,最终可获得P2O5品位为28.38%、回收率为98.67%的磷精矿。
The scrubbed slime in a Yunnan phosphate mine contains P2O5 of 20. 08 %, where the phosphorus-contai- ning mineral is mainly fluorapatite with uneven grain fineness. Phosphorus has a certain degree of enrichment in coarse size. Carried out the flotation test to recovery phosphorus, the results showed that under the grinding fineness of 70% - 200 mesh and self-developed LC3 as collector of phosphate,phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade of 28. 38 % and a recovery of 98. 67% was obtained by the process of two roughings- two scavengings-3 cleanings with the middlings returned into the flows orderly.
