摘要
目的:探讨头孢哌酮/舒巴坦钠引起不良反应的一般规律及原因,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用文献回顾性分析方法,对2005—2013年国内医药期刊报道的有关头孢哌酮/舒巴坦钠引起的不良反应病例进行统计、分析。结果与结论:头孢哌酮/舒巴坦钠引起的不良反应呈多样化趋势,可累及全身及多个器官和(或)系统,严重者可引起死亡,临床应用应加强监护,并做好抢救措施,保证患者用药安全。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the regularities and causes of cefoperazone/sulbactam-induced adverse drug reactions so as to provide references for clinical rational use of drugs.METHODS：By a retrospective study,the literature about cefoperazone/sulbactam-induced adverse drug reactions reported in domestic medical journals from 2005 and 2013 were given a statistical analysis.RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION：Cefoperazone/sulbactam-induced adverse drug reactions varied in presentation,which might affect multiple organs and（or） systems or even cause death in severe cases,thus it is important to tighten monitoring in clinical application and make the rescue measures to ensure the safe use of drugs in patients.
